The costs and delivery times listed below are average estimates. Special conditions (such as promotions and peak seasons) may result in variations. Most items are typically ready to ship, and in some cases, orders may arrive in multiple packages.
Brazil
Premium Shipping (with tracking link): On average, shipping costs are around 59.99 BRL, depending on the weight of the package and exchange rate variations. Delivery usually takes about 7–10 business days after dispatch, and tracking information is included.
Deutsche Post International (Other countries)
We generally ship within Europe using DHL and Deutsche Post International. Delivery to additional countries (including outside Europe) is often possible upon request, though customs fees and taxes may apply.

- Our website allows a maximum of 12 units of the same product due to personal use restrictions.
- We prohibit the purchase of products for resellers in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Brazilian government.
- We recommend that purchases remain under R$ 3,000.00.

Remessa Conforme Program (Brazil)
(In progress) Currently, TANGERINS is not part of the Remessa Conforme program. Therefore, import taxes and additional fees may be charged by Brazilian customs in addition to the product price. These costs are beyond our control and vary according to local legislation.
Packaging
Be confident in the safe arrival of your purchase. Each piece is meticulously prepared for shipment to prevent any damage.
We also want to minimize packaging materials so your piece will likely come in a letter-like envelope. For larger items, we take extra care by wrapping them gently and placing them in specialized boxes crafted to preserve.
How to return
Free returns are available within 30 days after your online order delivery date. Exceptions may apply to custom, personalized and bespoke pieces as well as sale pieces.
To initiate a return, self-service returns are available on your account.

Step 2: Verify access - 6 digit code sent to your inbox - and click on your order(s)
(email provided should be the same as order)
Step 3: Click on "Request Return" and provide a reason for the return.
Submit the request and wait for a response
Once the request is made, please wait for the approval. If approved, you will be provided with a shipping label via email.
