Costs and delivery times are detailed here, but special conditions (such as promotions) may alter the information below. Most of our items are ready to ship (0–1 day, with an average processing time of 3 hours).
Shipping packages may arrive separately, but the fees will remain the same.
Brazil
All orders are shipped via Deutsche Post International using Premium Shipping. Regardless of the weight of your package, the shipping cost is a flat rate of R$ 60.00. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days from the time your order is shipped. All orders will include tracking links.
*Your order will likely arrive in Brazil within a week. The final delivery time also includes average customs processing time.
Tracking Links
Once shipped, all packages will include tracking links. For certain international orders to Brazil, you may receive two tracking links—one from Deutsche Post and another from Correios (Brazilian postal service). The Correios tracking link will be sent once the package arrives in Brazil. Be sure to monitor both the Correios website and your Portal de Importações dos Correios.
FedEx Express
We also currently offer shipping to Brazil via FedEx Express. Delivery to other countries (including those outside Europe) is available upon request. However, customs duties and additional taxes may apply.

Remessa Conforme Program (Brazil)
(In progress) Currently, TANGERINS is not part of the Remessa Conforme program. Therefore, import taxes and additional fees may be charged by Brazilian customs in addition to the product price. These costs are beyond our control and vary according to local legislation.
Packaging

We also want to minimize packaging materials so your piece will likely come in a letter-like envelope. For larger items, we take extra care by wrapping them gently and placing them in specialized boxes crafted to preserve.
How to return
Free returns are available within 30 days after your online order delivery date. Exceptions may apply to custom, personalized and bespoke pieces as well as sale pieces.
To initiate a return, self-service returns are available on your account.

Step 2: Verify access - 6 digit code sent to your inbox - and click on your order(s)
(email provided should be the same as order)
Step 3: Click on "Request Return" and provide a reason for the return.
Submit the request and wait for a response
Once the request is made, please wait for the approval. If approved, you will be provided with a shipping label via email.
