Instructions for use

Aptamil CARE Pre can be given from birth as a sole food or as a supplement. Like breast milk, it can be fed as often and as much as your baby needs. Suitable until the end of bottle-feeding. Always reseal opened packs securely by pressing the hand symbol on the lid until it clicks into place. Use opened packs within four weeks. The number of bottles and feeding amounts are guidelines and may vary from person to person. One scoop of powder requires 30 ml of water. One level scoop contains 4.6 g. When preparing Aptamil CARE Pre, please follow the instructions carefully. Improper preparation and storage can lead to health problems due to the growth of unwanted germs. Prepare the food fresh before each feeding and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Clean the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Do not heat milk formula in the microwave (risk of overheating). 1 Allow fresh, boiled drinking water to cool and use at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Pour 2/3 of the required amount of water into the bottle. 2 For an accurate powder dosage, use the included measuring spoon to level off the powder. Use only the enclosed measuring spoon. 3 Pour the required amount of powder into the bottle. Store the measuring spoon in the spoon holder. 4 Close the bottle and shake vigorously vertically for approx. 10 seconds, add the remaining drinking water and shake vigorously again. 5 Open the bottle and attach the teat. Check that the bottle contents are at drinking temperature (approx. 37°C).
