Instructions for use

Use: From birth as a sole food or as a supplement to breast milk Following breastfeeding or any other hydrolyzed infant formula Can be given like breast milk as needed – as often and as much as your baby wants to drink This product left our premises in perfect condition – please check that the packaging is intact before use. When preparing the food, please follow the instructions carefully. Improper preparation and storage of the prepared food can lead to health problems, e.g., due to the growth of unwanted germs. Therefore, prepare food fresh before each meal and feed immediately. Do not reuse leftover food. Clean the bottle, teat, and ring thoroughly. Do not heat the food in the microwave (risk of scalding). (1) Boil fresh drinking water and cool to approx. 40 - 50°C*. (2) Pour the desired amount of boiled water (see table) into a bottle. (3) Measure the recommended amount of powder (see table). Loosely fill the measuring spoon and level off. Add the powder to the water. (4) Close the bottle and shake vigorously several times. (5) Cool to drinking temperature (approx. 37°C). Check the temperature. *To avoid damaging the natural lactic acid cultures, please do not prepare the food with water that is too hot. The powder is subject to natural color variations due to the raw materials. Drinking amount and dosage Every baby is different. The amount drunk per bottle can vary greatly. The stated drinking amount and the number of portions per day are guidelines. Your baby does not necessarily have to drink the entire bottle. Please only use the enclosed measuring spoon! For one measuring spoon of powder you need 30 ml of water. 1 level measuring spoon = approx. 4.3 g HiPP PRE HA COMBIOTIK® Makes 46 bottles of 100 ml each 1st-2nd week*: 7-8 bottle feeds per day, 60 ml boiled water + 2 measuring spoons = 70 ml ready-to-drink food 3rd-4th week: 5-7 bottle feeds per day, 90 ml boiled water + 3 measuring spoons = 100 ml ready-to-drink food 5th-8th week Week: 5-6 bottle feeds per day, 120ml boiled water + 4 measuring spoons = 135ml ready-to-drink formula 3rd-4th month: 5 bottle feeds per day, 150ml boiled water + 5 measuring spoons = 170ml ready-to-drink formula 5th month**: 4-5 bottle feeds per day, 180ml boiled water + 6 measuring spoons = 200ml ready-to-drink formula From 6 months: 4 bottle feeds per day, 210ml boiled water + 7 measuring spoons = 235ml ready-to-drink formula *Unless otherwise recommended by a doctor. **From the 5th month, you can start complementary foods in consultation with your pediatrician or midwife. With each new complementary food introduced, one bottle feed should be omitted.
