Instructions for use

Aptamil HA* Pre can be given from birth as a sole food or as a supplement. Like breast milk, it can be fed as often and as much as your baby needs. It is suitable until the end of bottle feeding. The number of bottles and feeding amounts are guidelines and can vary from person to person. 1 scoop of powder requires 30 ml of water. One level scoop contains 4.6 g. You can start introducing complementary foods from the 5th month in consultation with your pediatrician or midwife. Each complementary feeding should replace one bottle feed. When preparing Aptamil HA* Pre, please follow the instructions carefully. Improper preparation and storage can lead to health problems due to the growth of unwanted germs. Prepare the feed fresh before each feeding and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftovers. Clean the bottle, teat and ring thoroughly. Do not heat milk formula in the microwave (risk of overheating): 1 Allow fresh, boiled drinking water to cool and use at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Pour 2/3 of the required amount of water into the bottle. 2 For an accurate powder dosage, use the included measuring spoon to wipe off any excess powder. Use only the enclosed measuring spoon. 3 Pour the required amount of powder into the bottle. Store the measuring spoon in the spoon holder. 4 Close the bottle and shake vigorously vertically for approximately 10 seconds. Pour in the remaining drinking water and shake vigorously again. 5 Open the bottle and attach the teat. Check the contents of the bottle for drinking temperature (approx. 37°C).
