Customs Information (Middle East)
General Information
-A maximum of 12 units of the same product is allowed due to the personal use limit.
-We prohibit the purchase of products by resellers.
Limits: Middle East
-Orders under a certain amount (including shipping) are exempt from custom duties upon arrival. However, a VAT may still apply. Check with your local authorities.
However, if your order exceeds this threshold or is flagged for inspection, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by Customs and Border Protection or the delivery carrier.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Fees are usually are not collected by TANGERINS before or at the time of delivery.
United Arab Emirates: Orders below AED 1,000 (~USD 270) are exempt from customs duties. However, a 5% VAT may still apply.
Bahrain: Orders valued under BHD 300 (~USD 790) are exempt from customs duties and VAT.
Kuwait: There is no de minimis threshold; all shipments are subject to import taxes and 5% VAT.
Saudi Arabia: Orders below SAR 1,000 (~USD 267) are exempt from customs duties and VAT.
Qatar: Orders below QAR 1,000 are exempt from customs duties, but 5% VAT may apply.

TANGERINS is not liable for any customs charges, delays, or actions taken by authorities. We cannot reimburse any fees and costs of goods destroyed by customs or refused upon delivery. Refunds may only be issued for items that are successfully returned to us.
