Shipping to the Middle-East

The costs and times are detailed here, but special conditions (e.g., promotions) may alter the table below. Most of our pieces are ready to be shipped (0-1 day and average of 3 hours). Shipping packages may come separately but rates will remain the same.

• Premium Shipping (with tracking link): regardless of the weight of your package, the shipping cost is a flat rate of  € 8.00*. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days from the time your order is dispatched. This method contain tracking links.

Kuwait: 3,00 KWD

Qatar: 33 QAR

Saudi Arabia: 35 SAR

United Arab Emirates: 35 AED 

Deutsche Post International (Other countries)

We currently ship within Europe with Deutsche Post International. Delivery to other countries (including outside the European) is possible via request, however, additional customs and taxes may apply.

Customs Information (Middle East)

General Information

-A maximum of 12 units of the same product is allowed due to the personal use limit.

-We prohibit the purchase of products by resellers.

Limits: Middle East

-Orders under a certain amount (including shipping) are exempt from custom duties upon arrival. However, a VAT may still apply. Check with your local authorities.

However, if your order exceeds this threshold or is flagged for inspection, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by Customs and Border Protection or the delivery carrier.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Fees are usually are not collected by TANGERINS before or at the time of delivery.

United Arab Emirates: Orders below AED 1,000 (~USD 270) are exempt from customs duties. However, a 5% VAT may still apply.

Bahrain: Orders valued under BHD 300 (~USD 790) are exempt from customs duties and VAT.

Kuwait: There is no de minimis threshold; all shipments are subject to import taxes and 5% VAT.

Saudi Arabia: Orders below SAR 1,000 (~USD 267) are exempt from customs duties and VAT.

Qatar: Orders below QAR 1,000 are exempt from customs duties, but 5% VAT may apply.

• In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs inspections.

• Failure to pay duties may result in the package being returned, delayed, or destroyed.

• We strongly recommend checking with U.S. Customs or your delivery provider if you have concerns about applicable duties, taxes, or procedures.

TANGERINS is not liable for any customs charges, delays, or actions taken by authorities. We cannot reimburse any fees and costs of goods destroyed by customs or refused upon delivery. Refunds may only be issued for items that are successfully returned to us.

Packaging

Be confident in the safe arrival of your purchase. Each piece is meticulously prepared for shipment to prevent any damage.

We also want to minimize packaging materials so your piece will likely come in a letter-like envelope. For larger items, we take extra care by wrapping them gently and placing them in specialized boxes crafted to preserve. 

How to return

 Free returns are available within 30 days after your online order delivery date. Exceptions may apply to custom, personalized and bespoke pieces as well as sale pieces.

To initiate a return, self-service returns are available on your account. 

Step 1: Simply enter your "My Account" by clicking on the profile icon on the website navigation

Step 2: Verify access - 6 digit code sent to your inbox -  and click on your order(s)
(email provided should be the same as order)

Step 3: Click on "Request Return" and provide a reason for the return.
Submit the request and wait for a response

Once the request is made, please wait for the approval. If approved, you will be provided with a shipping label via email.
