Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for the European Union, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The return shipping cost for faulty, damaged, or wrong items, is free. For all other cases, shipping cost is 7 euros.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Incorrect Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

In cases where an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address input by the customer, only the cost of the item(s) is refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, additional fees, or other issues caused by an incorrect address. If an incorrect address results in a rejected, lost, or destroyed package, no refund will be issued. If the package is returned to us, a refund for the merchandise (minus any return fees) will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Registered Mail

For certain delivery methods—such as Premium Shipping with Deutsche Post—the recipient's name may need to be officially registered at the delivery address to ensure successful delivery.

If a package is returned due to the recipient not being registered at the address, a refund will only be issued for the value of the merchandise, once the return is received. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed, and any return shipping fees or customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.

We recommend confirming local postal registration requirements to help prevent delivery issues.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and used personal care goods (such as used beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customs

Please note that customs regulations vary by country. It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office prior to ordering to understand any import taxes, customs duties, or processing fees that may apply.

In some cases, taxes or charges imposed by local authorities may exceed the value of the order. We cannot issue a refund for orders that are seized, damaged, or destroyed by customs unless the package is returned to us. If the order is returned, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Any return shipping fees or customs charges applied to returned packages will be deducted from the refund amount. Orders that are refused or cannot clear customs due to unpaid fees are typically destroyed or abandoned and are not eligible for a refund. Refunds can only be issued for items that are successfully returned to us.

Refused Deliveries

We are unable to offer refunds for orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery. If a package is returned to us due to refusal, a refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only, once the products are received and inspected.

Please note that any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount. If the cost to return the refused package exceeds the total value of the merchandise, we will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
